As a client of the House for Sale Mexico platform, you don’t pay any commission to us. All commissions and fixed fees are the responsibility of the property owners and agents. The platform does not add any extra charges to the listings visible here.

As a client of the House for Sale Mexico platform, you don’t pay any commission to us. You don’t pay to be connected with owners or agents. You also don’t pay any commission when you buy or rent a property.

First of all, you need to contact the property owner or agent using the form available on each property page. Just click “Show contact,” fill in the form, and we will notify the property agent, share your contact information, and ensure they respond to your inquiry as a priority. The agent or property owner is responsible for handling the sale process.

For Real Estate Agents and Property Owners

Read this if you own properties for sale or rent.

After you submit your property, we are notified that a new listing is waiting for approval. Our administrators review all the details in your listing and change its status to “Published” within 48 hours, depending on the number of new listings in the queue.

When you place a new listing in our system, you always need to inform us how much you are willing to pay to help sell your property. For properties for sale, you specify a percentage of the total property value, with a minimum of 1%. For rental properties, it is always a fixed amount, which you also declare on the property submission page. This can be equivalent to one month’s rent or another amount you wish to offer at that time.

Depending on the value and percentage, your property is scored and displayed to potential buyers. We also send mailing campaigns to them and run advertising campaigns on popular internet platforms, directing clients to contact you and buy or rent the property. Additionally, we offer your property to exclusive investors cooperating with us.

At this moment, you don’t pay any flat fee for advertising your property on the platform. You only pay once your property is sold or rented through our platform and connected sources.

You have up to 40 days to pay the declared commission after the client has signed the contract and bought or rented the property.

The entire process is automatic and online. You register on the House for Sale Mexico platform, providing your email, phone number, and name in order to receive prospects and clients from us. Every time you place a property listing, you accept the terms and conditions and declare the commission for our platform. After you place your first listings, we may contact you by phone to discuss details or to suggest ways to better showcase your listing. We may also call you when we have an interested client for you.

The process is fast and easy. First, you register on the platform. Next time, you only need to log in using the same credentials. Then, click the visible button “Add Property,” fill in the form, upload photos, files, and videos, agree to our terms and conditions, and suggest the commission value for our platform. After filling in all the fields, submit the offer. You will need to review it, and if everything looks good, accept and save the offer by clicking the “Submit Property” button. Our administrators will check the offer and publish it within 48 hours. Sometimes, we may call you to confirm some details or discuss and make changes if necessary.
